Best Practices for Fradulent Orders
We sell notary stamps on Amazon and sometimes get fraudulent orders for notary stamps. Some states require forms to be sent in as well. When we spot a fraudulent order or never receive the forms, we have to cancel the orders. By following best practices we are then dinged with our pre-cancellation rate for doing this. Is there anything we can do to flag fraudulent orders and not be penalized by Amazon for doing so?
