Easy shipping Pickup is pathetic

Easy ship is just useless, most of the time no one comes for pick up impacting account health and sales.
On top of this seller support is also as helpless as an external body.
I am shipping outside India through self ship and everything goes smooth.
Here in India through Easy ship 3 out of 4 of my orders are getting cancelled.

Just so useless and unprofessional.
