Lately we have seen few threads related to tech issues on the Forums. 💥
For instance @Seller_N0kQDKMgwda6y is having problems accessing their Notifications, as reported in forums navigation (the issue is currently being investigated 🕵️♀️)
If you have technical issues specifically related to the Seller Forums, please post them under this thread.
This way we can collect data and provide it to the tech team for resolution. ✅

Not personally come across any technical issues with the forum.
In particular, the nested replies always work PERFECTLY.
But it's such a shame that this makes keeping up to speed with topics impossible.
I wish that nested replies stop working so well and they are all displayed in date order!
Or the forum should remember where you left off and go to the last post read.
Trouble is this only works well if the replies are not nested.
Please get rid of nested replies and display all posts in chronological order.
Having threads split into pages rather than infinite/endless scrolling would also make them easier to follow.
Infinite scrolling is a design fad that makes long threads hard to navigate. Couple that with nested replies and it becomes almost impossible to follow long conversations.
If Amazon is aware of technical issues and you are investigating them, why don't you have a status page that tells us this?
This would prevent duplicate calls/cases with Seller Support.
For what it's worth, I never tell Seller Support about technical issues as it is too much effort trying to make them understand.

I signed on 28 Feb and submitted all the required documents but after 22 days my account is still pending verification how much time does Amazon take for verification I emailed so many times but still my account is pending verification

Amazon have suddenly decided not to recognise my brand. The same brand that was formally approved in 2017 and is on all of my listings. When I try to list a new product I get an error message saying I need to apply for brand approval??? . I did, in 2017. I tried seller help twice. All I get is an AI message about how to apply for a brand??????? Tearing my hair out. Help needed please.
