Why Amazon take action against customers wrong review (to get them refund)
One of my customer ordered my product and he posted negative feedback so as to get him refund as he didn't like the item, he mentioned fake product in the review, amazon immediately removed the listing and flagged "Product authenticity customer complaint". Amazon not checking whether the customer review is genuine or not ! Our ASIN is 100% original and we are authorized distributer of this brand, that's clear from our brand registry as the brand owner company already approved our amazon store to sell this brand.
So We appealed this case through account health page, but the appeal get rejecting all the time !!
We are surprised then why amazon flagging policy violation after ensuring the brand approval before creating an ASIN under a brand, only because of an inappropriate review by a customer (customer might be a competitor, but not sure) amazon blocking the sale of a fast moving ASIN and moreover threatening account deactivation !!
Anyone who had similar experience and successfully reinstated the listing and policy violation warning cleared ? We are always getting same mail from amazon performance team as "We received your submission and do not have enough information to reactivate your listing" . Don't know why they are not realizing the fact ?

You can provide them with invoices of purchase or brand warranty letter to prove your products are authentic

This is the worse side effect of selling here, so if you have proper docs from the brand owner provide them and even if they dont agree then you try contact your account manager. this is the main problem on selling on amazon that no one is there to answer you or listen to your issues properly. They have hired some working from home mostly from india or other nations and they dont have 5% idea what is happening. Try calling them as well and if the support person dont understands you tell him to Escalate the complain and let some supervisor level guy contact you back or transfer your call right away.
so if you believe it could be a competitor who did this to you then its an open platform you can preform such purchases as well.

no matter how much you appeal, you will receive same reply. So either produce the original invoice or brand registry of that product. Also if your account is activated , withdraw all your and put account on vacation mode, then delete this account and create new account because you will always be under suspicion and the next complain will deactivate your account and your payment will be blocked. Also don't just rely on Amazon, Amazon will always recommend your product to your competitors so they can sell for less price so there is no profit eventually to you. Amazon is also increasing it's fees and shipping charges frequently so even if you sell a item worth 1 AED, you have to price it at least 18 AED because 15 AED is the shipping charges and also commission so from 18 AED, Amazon will take 16 AED and you will get just 1 AED profit after selling an item of 1 AED for inflated rate of 18 AED. Always be careful while pricing the product and also try to get out of Amazon. People advertising that I left my job and making profit from selling on Amazon are all fake
