Suspension Appeal - How long is to long?

Hi all,

I recently submitted my second appeal for an ODR issue. This first attempt received a response in 12 hours. However for my second appeal, I have not received a response yet it has been 11 days since submitting it.

Is this normal or is there something at play? Very little guidance from Amazon, so always difficult to tell!

Appreciate the help

Usually you’d hear back in a day or two. After 7 days you can ask Account Health to escalate your appeal - create a case (you’ll only be able to create two types of case, 1) submit appeal info 2) request help from Account Health - you want 2 and ask for a callback. Then see if you can find out any notes on your appeal and if there aren’t any you can ask for the escalation. Good luck!

Today is 13 days from my last appeal, I send them perfect POA with loads of supporting evidence, still no response from Amazon performance team. Every day I losing big money, my business is ruined and for what???

Feel for you all here. I sent my POA with line by line info after some help from Account Health on what the notes had said in previous attempts, and was told after 7 days it could be escalated. I went to request a call back after 7 days and it wasn’t working, so I tried a few times. Now it says ‘Call back service unavailable’ so I can’t speak to my only lifeline! Not getting any joy from making cases either.

@Brenkon In past dealings I don’t get the sense Amazon NA and Europe have anything much to do with each other from the support sense. One other approach is to tweet them and they send a form here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/contact.html. They said say ‘Password reset’ even though it isn’t, but when I did I got an email that said as I’m suspended they won’t answer. So didn’t work for me but might be worth trying for you

My accounts were suspended years ago see below. Idiots at Amazon kept asking the same questions so I gave up.

Amazon.it 9 years
Amazon.es 8 years
Amazon.de 4 years
Amazon.fr 7 months ago due to delays in December when the border was closed. Remember the lorries!

Did you see “We may not respond to further emails about this issue” in their last reply? That means they don’t want to listen anymore…

I actually got reinstated today, which is a huge relief for me personally but I feel for you all in this position, it truly sucks. To answer the original question with some numbers then, I last submitted an appeal on 25th June. Account Health told me it was still being considered, and today I was reinstated so that’s 13 days. Good luck all
