UPS Next Day Air took 2 days customer wants refund
Hi I shipped a package USP Next Day Air through Amazon Buy Shipping for a customer and he was charged an addition fee for that service. But it took UPS 2 day to deliver the package. The package was picked up by UPS at 3:30 but they didn't scan the package till 8:00pm and sated it was a late arrival and missed the plane and will go the following day.
So I wondering is there any way of getting refund from UPS since it was their fault?
