Listing made inactive due to supplement but product is not a supplement.
We just added two new products that are like hundreds of other products on Amazon, however, we received a notice that the listings were deactivated due to "This product has been identified as a supplement, consumable, or topical product that makes impermissible or implied disease claims to treat addictive substance withdrawal. Products that make disease claims are prohibited from sale and listing on Amazon."
However, these products are NOT supplements or any type of product that makes implied disease claims, etc. I tried appealing but it keeps getting rejected. We removed any type of listing info (description, title, bullet points, etc.,) that might trigger such a warning, although it shouldn't, however the appeal keeps getting denies. Hopefully an admin can help, thank you.
