GPSR Data inputted months ago - still getting violations to complete
As title - I've inputted the manufacturs contact details and uploaded product manual for all applicable ASINs. However, the policy vlioations still are on my account. Even if I select the correct information again, the violation stays, and doesn't save properly.
This is only on a few ASINs, but they are important ones.. Anyone else having issues with GPSR?

In this case, I recommend you to contact with seller support for guidance. To contact them, go to Seller Central > Help > Help and resources, or click here.
Also have in mind that once the information is submitted and approved, all the violations will move under “Archived” and will stay there for some time with no additional submission required.
