Account Deactivated Due to Non-Branded Product Brand Issue — Need Help

Hello everyone,

I was selling non-branded products, and on one of the listings, the brand Elegance Plus was mentioned. I checked, and this brand is not registered.

Amazon asked me for documents, and I provided an official commercial invoice and other required paperwork. However, later Amazon requested an invoice that listed the product as OREO Squeeze MAC and demanded official authorization from the Aria brand. But this product is not related to OREO at all.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? I really need help and advice.

I already submitted an appeal, but it was rejected. The listing is currently inactive.

What should I do now?

I would appreciate any help or recommendations!
