Amazon renewed application status

I applied for Amazon renewed almost 3 weeks ago and sent all the necessary invoices and documentation. I have yet to receive any email regarding the status of my application.

For anyone familiar with the renewed application process how long did it take to hear back and is there a way to check the status of your application?
