Buy shipping - Evri
Good afternoon,
So I am thinking about moving the vast majority of my shipping to Evri from Royal Mail due to issues I am having with them.
I used the buy shipping via Amazon as thought it would save time however when I took it to the lockers it wouldn’t scan, attempted a local parcel shop didn’t work. Assumed I had picked the wrong option using standard. So attempted it all with drop off and got the same issues.
Did contact Evri direct with my issue over it but haven’t received any reply, has anyone else had this issue and how did you solve it.

I have read that others have had this problem so there may be an answer somewhere in these forums. I’ve been printing EVRI labels and having them successfully scanned at the drop shop so the problem is just for some customers. Have you thought about onboarding with EVRI and getting collections? We are getting our first collection today hopefully.

I have reached out to our team that collaborates with Evri and this is the response I got from them:
“Evri has stopped accepting “Next Day” and “Standard” orders in their parcel shops as these ship methods require for Evri to arrange a collection. If Selling Partners wish to use Parcel shops they should select the “drop off” ship method instead of Standard or Next Day. Alternatively, they can also register on the following page so that Evri contacts them in order to arrange collection: https://support.evri.com/app/VanCollections”.
