Need help to withdraw the balance

I am writing to inquire about the issue of not being able to withdraw the balance from my Amazon account.
On April 19, 2023, I received a notification from Amazon Payments stating that my Selling on Amazon payment account has been activated. I have over 500 completed orders since my last balance disbursement, but the request button is inactive.
I have checked my account for any issues that may be preventing me from withdrawing my balance, but I have not found any issues, and the request button remains inactive.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in identifying the reason behind not being able to withdraw my balance and providing me with a resolution.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

this isn’t amazon - just a sellers forum
few things to check - your bank account - is it verified ?
do you have an account reserve ?

Hi @ Jon23,

I do not see any issues on your account. I recommend to contact the Seller Support, just as @ The_Little_Shop advised.

Best of luck!
Julia.

Hello @Julia_Amazon
Thank You for Your question.
I got the respond from “merchant-balance” with common reasons for payment delays.
But it is everything OK, and I can’t understand why the button is still inactive?

The answer:
Here are common reasons for payment delays:

  • Funds are unavailable for payment because they are in reserve to ensure that you have enough money to fulfil any returns, chargebacks or A-to-z Guarantee claims. This is normal when selling on Amazon.
  • Bank account or credit card information is missing or invalid. Both are required for Amazon to initiate a payment, so ensure that both are up to date in your account settings.

Note: Whenever you add or update your bank account information, a mandatory three-day security hold takes effect before we can initiate a funds transfer. For this reason, we recommend not to update your bank account information within three days of any payment date.

  • The account had a negative or zero balance at the time of payment. This could happen because of selling fees or product refunds. We might charge your credit card to cover the selling fees in this situation.
  • All or some of your funds might be withheld as per the Funds withholding policy.
  • Dispatch for an order was not confirmed.

Hi @ Jon23,

2 days ago you have received below communication form the Amazon agent:

“Under the new Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) policy, the profits from each of your orders are in reserve for seven days after the carrier confirms delivery. The funds are added to your available balance after the 7-day period. Your available balance can be disbursed as a payment on the next settlement date.”

Is there any misalignment when you check dates of your orders?

Kind regards,
Julia.
