The first negative in 12 months!
Moreover, it's completely a product review. Moreover, it said that the product was described "As new", when it was described as "used very good".
When I asked the feedback manager to remove it, the immediate reply was "open a case".
When I have opened a case, after 10 minutes, the reply was kinder, but in summary, said: try to remove it with the feedback manager. Classic loop!
Any practical suggestion?
