How should I respond to this A-Z Case? strange buyer

Buyer opened a return case about a week ago with reason 'unauthorized purchase', they have bought with us in the past so I knew it wasn't unauthorized so either opened with wrong reason or dodgy

Nothing has been returned thus far and Evri tracking states they haven't received anything

Anyway buyer opened A-Z Claim last night with reason; 'Different from what I ordered' and comments; "Nothing went wrong. Unauthorised purchase and have undergone major surgery"

How should I respond to Amazon? Should I email customer?

Order was delivered with Fedex

I don't sell much on Amazon these days so not well versed in A-Z Claims and usually wouldn't care too much but this is more expensive than our usual orders at £160

I've seen custoemrs opene up different from what i ordered in some instances when they are

All you can do is respond to the A-Z with all the evidence you have that the order was despatched and delivered, that a return was opened but trackign on the supplied return label shows that nothing has been returned.

State until the customer returns the item, you find the A-Z has been opened without reason and should be closed.
