Does this review violate the amazon price policy?The customer only left other seller's brand and price in product review,

Hi everyone,

A customer left a 1 star review for our product, he only complained about the high price and shared other sellers brands and unit prices and did not share product performance as follows.

We think this review violates the amazon policy about “Comments on pricing, product availability or purchase options are not related to the product and should not be shared in Customer Reviews or Customer Questions and Answers.”

We created a case id to remove the product review, but unfortunately Amazon replied that the review did not violate Amazon’s policy and could not be removed.

How can I go about this to resolve this? Any help would be appreciated.Thanks!
