Inbound carrier program direct billing
Hi everyone,
Upon reviewing our invoices, we have noticed an unexpected discrepancy. We received an invoice from Amazons Partnered Carrier . for the shipment of two pallets from our warehouse to Amazon. However, We allredy paid for the shipment to Amazon. This situation raises concerns as it appears we have been billed twice for the same service.
We understand that discrepancies can occur, but given that this is the first time we are experiencing direct billing from an Amazon partnered carrier, we are wondering if there was a mistake or oversight by the carrier. Has anyone have had a Similar problem?

Thank you for taking the time to post this! I haven't run into this issue prior, so I wanted to check in and see if the two charges went through? Additionally, I would recommend opening a case with Seller Support to fully document what you're experiencing. If you've already done so, reply to me here with the case ID number. Thank you!
