Account Deactivated - Inform Consumers Act TAX verification.
My account is deactivated due to Inform Consumers Act TAX verification.
But I've submitted over two weeks ago, then re-submitted since, created support tickets (was told 72 hours) but that was 10 days ago.
Also spoke with account health on phone who said they could provide no timeline. I note also that policy compliance now shows as though my account isn't deactivated but the big deactivated banner still shows and Tax ID number (In Progress) still shows
How long might this take to resolve?

Thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving this and getting the account reinstated.
I have just received word that your store is now active and fully compliant with the INFORM Consumer Act requirements. All banners and warnings related to INFORM should have also been removed as posting this. I will ask that if you are still seeing any warnings or requests to complete INFORM That you follow back up here with examples so we can continue work work together on resolving this.
