Amazon Belgium - Another site, another headache. How do I get rid of it?

I’ve just had an email from Amazon, which I believe is genuine telling me they’ve duplicated some of my listings on Amazon.be. I’d rather they didn’t but…

They say I can opt out of selling on Amazon.be and have given me a link to do so. However, when I click the link my browser gives me a warning that the site doesn’t have https, so I decided not to go any futher.

Can someone point me in the right direction to disconect my account from selling in Belgium? I’ve done it before for other sites they’ve tried to force me onto but since that was a while ago I’ve forgotten where it is.

Thanks

I had that as well, had to go and unlink belgium (which deleted all my listings there) and then put it on holiday.

Inventory > sell globally > Europe Tab - then down the right you can see all the sites and where have active listings, I can’t remember how I unlinked them, but I believe it was pretty obvious once I was on that page (looks all different now cause there’s no EU listings)

Hi Blackadder, I’ve just had an order from SOMEWHERE in Europe! However I am not listed to sell there, well at least not according to my listings. ( U.K. only ). The really intriguing thing is the address for delivery is Cassola in Lunigiana ( Italy, obvs. ) followed by the country GERMANY!!! I know posties are good but that would fox even the best of them.
I have contacted SS and they understand my concern and are looking into it ( I understand the grass is pretty long on the field they play on at the moment ) so I won’t hold my breath. After contacting the buyer he provided a totally different address in Italy and says he never has a problem with deliveries, so I await further developments.

Just want to add - for anybody looking - while you only need to register for VAT if you hold stock there, so can in theory use EFN, Amazon will gladly take returns and hold them there making you liable.

we had similar in the past; we all could do with a simple life, these things are sent to test us.

Appreciate this thread. I got the email yesterday from Amazon and immediately tried to turn off the Amazon.be but gave up and created a task to do this another day.

I once got 2 ip complaints on Amazon.se because Amazon had listed all our products without me realising and our account was at risk for a while.

I’m getting deja vu here. I’m sure I opted out of Amazon.be a few weeks ago, after a similar email. But I’ve just received another one…
