DPD & Seller Fulfilled Prime
Hi all
We will be trialling SFP. We have an account with DPD and want to continue using DPD via Amazon's Buy Shipping. However, this is "greyed" out when we come to purchase a label.. We have connected our Amazon account do DPD and will be using the "Buy Shipping" Shipstation API.

You will still need to onboard with DPD as a Prime seller I believe. Which involves sending them a hard copy of a Prime DPD label you have printed. This tends to be difficult, given that you need to be onboarded before you can print labels and you need to print a label before you can be onboarded. I think we managed it after the 6th email to seller support.
