Need help closing account - MODS
Dear Mods,
Can you please provide direction on how I can close my Amazon selling account? My inventory has been completely removed. I have a very small negative balance in which the charge schedule keeps getting pushed out to the following week. I want to close my account before Amazon start charging me more fraudulent fees (I'm looking forward to the "you don't have any inventory in stock" fee). You are already aware that your seller support is utterly useless, so I need you to tell me what I need to do! Thank you.

That problem of small amount owing has cropped up many times before.
I hope that moderators can help.
If not, consider just giving somebody a refund so you will have a larger negative balance which should then be charged against your card at your next payout date.
Aside from this, know that you cannot close an account unless it is in good standing. You must delete all inventory -- active or inactive -- and wait ninety days to close it.

If you want to open another one after you close it it will not work.

We do need you to open a support case so that we can escalate the issue further. On my end I do see you carry a small balance as you stated, however I am not sure it keeps rolling over.
Once you have a support case please let me know so that I can take it from there.
