Bounced email - what email address is Amazon using?
Several sellers have tried to contact me in the past 6 months. When I look at my seller account I see this message: “We were not able to send a copy of this message to your e-mail address because the e-mail was bounced by your e-mail service provider.” Anybody know what email address Amazon is using for the emails sent to me using the Amazon contact system? If I knew, I could add that email address to my contacts, but since I didn’t get the emails, I don’t know what email address Amazon used. If I can’t get messages from customers, I can’t use Amazon to sell, and will have to go over to Ebay.

They have a lot… and these could be from any of the marketplace domains you trade on - .co.uk, .com, .de, etc.

May I ask what e-mail provider are you using?
Have you considered simply changing your e-mail address?

Check you Notification Preferences section (it’s found following my like … or in Seller central under your Setting)
Then scroll down to the Messaging section at the bottom.

Richard, If you are unable to resolve the situauion with your emails can you not just get into the habit of checking your messages within your seller account?

If you don’t have a solution to the problem posted, why don’t you get into the habit of not replying to posts?

Sorry for last post - why don’t I take a moment before I reply sarcastically to well-meant posts?
That was a plausible suggestion, although I don’t log on to my seller accoount much because I don’t have much inventory, hence some frustration at prospect of logging on every day. Apologies again.
