Hello,
My supplier POD has an application to create listings. In order for it to work, it requires a GTIN exemption certificate for my entire Amazon seller store, which I can't get. I manage to make exemptions on a case-by-case basis (I sell essentially the same type of hoodies and t-shirts from a single supplier) but this forces me to manage the listings/product sheets myself. Do you have any ideas?
I've contacted Amazon Help Chat, which sent me to a page with a link to a form, but the link doesn't work.
Thank you in advance for your support as I'm stuck!
Hello @Seller_7cZKLxRbrEPPJ,
I am Spencer with Amazon.
Have you been able to solve your issue since you last posted?
Let me know if you need help please.

Hello Spencer and thank you for your feedback,
No, I still can't integrate any Printful.com products (my POD supplier already works with many Amazon sellers) through their application. As you know, working with a POD platform like Printful is like Dropshipping, since you don't buy stock and only have what the customer buys made. The Amazon system, despite what is advertised online, seems to refuse this kind of practice.
Example:
-I tried to sell hoodies and t-shirts from a brand for which Printful.com has an authorization for its resellers (i.e. me), but Amazon refused me the exemption and asked me to produce invoices for my stock (minimum 10 pieces of each listing) purchased from Printful.
My question: Does this mean that it's impossible to work with Amazon by dropshipping, and that it's impossible for my POD supplier to manage the product sheet via its application, which keeps the stock up to date, and for the shipment to be made directly from the factory closest to the buyer to the address given by the buyer?
Hello @Seller_7cZKLxRbrEPPJ,
I have been checking for you and I found that you can not have an exemption but you have been authorized to sell under the brand name.
in order to check further, do you have a case ID for me?
Regards, Spencer
Hello Spencer and thanks again for the support,
Hello Spencer and thanks again for the support,
Your answer is instructive because I did not think that there were several degrees of sales authorizations. For my part, I obtained this authorization ( ) by requesting a GTIN exemption. I'm enclosing the latest ID case with support team (10431319382) and hope that you can help me to finally succeed in selling!
Hello @Seller_7cZKLxRbrEPPJ,
I checked and the case was answered a few days ago with additional information.
