Read onlyHow can I complain about Seller Support Staff closing down cases because they can not solve the issue I have with Amazon Fulfillment which I ceased over 4 years ago??
After I supplied everything required to seller support over the past week they simply closed my case.
I am trying to remove stock I supposedly have in Europe and been hit with charges.

Are you sure they closed your case, or just passed it on to relevant team ? There is no 'complaints' procedure for Amazon, but if SS are not helping then you could try emailing MD - managingdirector@amazon.co.uk, with your case ID number and explaining situation.
Re. stock in EU - although I don't use FBA, I assume the charges are for storage fees. Check out Seller University about how to remove stock from EU countries - maybe they are returns ?
