I take it your a new seller with it giving you a time frame, first off amazon never release all the funds they hold a chunk in reserve- once you click the button when it allows you the funds it says should hit your account3-5 days then the dare will show when your next eligible to release.

If the funds are bouncing back from your account it is likely either you have not verified the account or the account is not sufficient
