Feedback Removal Denied - Incorrect address
Hi,
A buyer provided an incorrect address. The item was delivered to that address and the next day the customer left a negative feedback with the following comments "Hello there,ive tried to change rhe adress and my new adress is (new address provided) please give me an refund or resend the item to this place please."
The buyer also message me the following "Hello there, sorry for the rating but my package did not arrive and i would like to change the adress of this too . My new adress..."
Actions:
I have requested a removal : Denied
I reopened the case : Denied
I contacted seller support : Denied
I contacted the buyer to revise, remove the negative feedback (no reponse)
I reported the message because the buyer is asking in a message to change the delivery address.
Today the customer opened a return request "Return Reason: Accidental order" - "we do not need it anymore".
This is very frustrating and I feel unprotected!

have you specifically asked for removal in case under the reason below?
The feedback includes seller-specific personally identifiable information
To be honest I’m surprised it wasn’t removed.
