Looking at companies house the strike off notice is dated in the future probably the date it would appear in the gazette. It is almost certainly because you hadn’t submitted your confirmation statement on time.

You only submitted your confirmation statement today.

If you have now submitted the confirmation statement the strike off should be stopped but it may take companies house a few days to process this. You will probably have to wait until they have done this before you write the appeal. You can then explain the company is now active and the reasons why it went inactive and the measures you put in place to stop this happening again.

Have you got email alerts turned on to tell you when the confirmation statement is due so you don’t submit late again? I have email alerts to myself and also put a calendar entry in so I remember to do it.

Hello @stationaryshop,

Thanks for reaching out regarding your account deactivation. It sounds like you are having difficulty with the seller identity verification process.
I’d be happy to assist.

Have you already attempted to submit these documents again? If so, what was the response? Also, for clarification, a credit card statement is not needed with your appeal, but you need to have a valid credit card on file for your account.

If the documents have not been accepted after being submitted a second time, then we should double check to ensure that the documents meet all the necessary requirements. For a list of these requirements.

Kindly consider the below points as a requirement for the documents and resubmit the same for further review:
• Should be valid (not expired, revoked, or closed)
• Be high-quality, in color, and unobstructed (not angled, blurry, or cropped)
• Show the full page, it should not be a screenshot
• Display matching information (such as your ID number or name) that you use to register to sell on Amazon
• Be scanned images, or a photo taken from your mobile device’s camera (no screenshots)
• Display the full document (front and back, if applicable)
• Be less than 10MB in size
• Be in one of these formats: gif, png, jpg, pdf, and docx.
• Do not include special characters in the file name.
• Be authentic and unaltered

Regards,
Mona
