Dear Amazon Seller Support,
I am writing to report a significant inventory discrepancy in my FBA shipment with Fulfillment ID FBA18HXTS7B3. I originally sent 75 units in this shipment, but my current inventory shows only 63 units available.
I have reviewed the shipment history and found no reported issues or discrepancies. The shipment is currently closed. Despite this, I am still missing 12 units from my inventory.
As a new seller, this inventory loss is a serious setback for my business. I kindly request a full refund for the 12 missing units.
I have also spoken with Amazon's support team, who informed me that the missing units were being transferred from FC ID: PBI3 to FC ID: RMN3. However, I have not been able to find any details regarding this transfer in the shipment tracking information.
