Sudden Surge of COD Orders Draining My Stock - Anyone Else Experiencing This?
I've recently encountered a strange issue where my listings are getting flooded with Cash on Delivery (COD) FBA orders, all coming from different buyers. Some of these orders have even been paid, but the majority are still in "pending" status. When one child listing sells out, the orders shift to another child listing. This is happening exclusively with the three child listings under one parent listing, and it's threatening to drain my entire stock within a day or two.
Amazon is already investigating the situation, but I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced a similar surge of COD orders like this? Would love to hear if you've had similar issues and how you handled it.

Hey @Seller_BpZ6jYW77yNXp,
Thanks for raising this in the forums!
I've worked with a few sellers who've had an uptick in pending orders, but this sounds like it might be different. In fact, I wasn't able to find any recent examples of Cash on Delivery orders. May I ask where you're seeing that they're COD, or do you have a few example order IDs I could take a look at?
Lastly, you mentioned that Amazon was investigating this - have there been any new developments?
