Hi just wondering if anyone can help with this,

i've been unable to receive payments from disbursments as i keep getting told to verify ownership on one or more of my deposit methods in order to continue to keep receiving disbursments however my bank account is showing verified on the bank account information?

( EU/UK market places have been assigned and verified also )

Can the charge and deposit method be the same bank account/card details? New seller account has just been setup. Currently my charge method is linked to a Visa debit card. Can I use those same details again to set the deposit method?

I want to add a whole new account holder name and bank account information to my deposit method since the last payment information failed to verify. Every time I go to add new details my old Account holder name pops up in the box and I cant change it even after deleting and deactivating the old details please can I have support I was told that it would be easy to be replaced but im having issues
