Cannot change manufacturer name -

We are a new seller and have not yet shipped out initial inventory to Amazon. We put the wrong manufacturer name in when the listings were created and have been going on for weeks trying to change it. We keep getting the same boiler plate email "De-list for 24-48 hours and then re-list and you can change the manufacturer name" - We tried that to no avail...

We are also told that it would be changed within 24-48 hours (without de-listing) and that too did not happen. We keep getting an error when we re-create the listing that the UPC is associated with another manufacturer. We are the manufacturer and we produce the custom product. We are in the brand registry, but have NOT started selling yet.

Now, to make matters worse, when we open a ticket in Seller Central, we get someone from Brand registry to respond. When we click the case (it becomes a brand registry case), the case does not exist in our brand registry dashboard, so we have to start the process all over.

We're nearly at the point that we just may not sell on Amazon if we cannot get resolution as we cannot have the incorrect manufacturer listed with each ASIN.

Any suggestions? I have called in 5-6 times about this now and keep getting the same boiler plate response " Delete your listings for 24-48 hours and then you can change it" - This does not work

Hi @Seller_niC0U3p9Xybzb

I am so sorry to hear about your frustration here. Would you please provide me with the case #'s you have opened for this issue with the most recent ones first?

I'd like to see if I can look further into the correspondence you have been provided.

Regards,

CR_Amazon
