Regarding the Report of a Buyer's Unreasonable Behavior

I would like to report a buyer for unreasonable behavior. Please refer to Case ID: 17827275131. While we understand that this claim will not impact our Order Defect Rate (ODR), and that the compensation was ultimately funded by Amazon,

The purpose of our contact is to file a complaint regarding the buyer's unreasonable request. In fact, the A-to-Z claim initiated by the buyer was not honest — she did receive the product and made an unreasonable demand to us as the seller. Please refer to our conversation history with the customer. We attempted to raise this concern through Amazon Seller Support, but unfortunately, it was not given sufficient attention.

We respectfully request that Amazon record and monitor this case in order to help protect other sellers from similar unreasonable claims in the future.
