All of my funds are in reserve at the account level and there has been no email on why that is happening. I contacted Seller Support for times, but there has been no resolution. I opened case ID: 15677489291, 15677064191, 15677012521; but only transferred, and there is no response from Amazon yet.
Despite new orders generating income, all funds continue to be held in account-level reserve, resulting in a consistently zero net proceeds balance.
My account was checked by the account health team and seller support team and there has been no issue with the account. All of the orders are shipped by FBA. Everything is normal with the account.
This unexpected delay and reserve allocation have caused financial strain on our business. We kindly request your assistance and guidance on resolving this matter promptly. Any advice or insight you can provide to help expedite the release of our payments and alleviate this financial burden would be greatly appreciated.

Hello again. I had a second to peek into your account and see that you have been receiving regular disbursements with your most recent one being 7/15/2024.
It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.. This policy page goes over account level reserves and would encourage your to review this as well.
I am not seeing anything on my end preventing disbursements.

Hello, as a new seller i find that the Amazon business model is not transparent. My funds too have been held in account reserve. Amazon needs to come out clearly and inform sellers why funds have to be held in account reserve for long. Otherwise the way Amazon treats its sellers makes one think twice about investing big bucks into Amazon. I hope this has not turned into an enrichment scheme. Honestly I am already disappointed with the BM.
