Lost/missing fba parcel via ups
We have had a 1 of our 4 boxes confirmed missing by UPS(the others have made it and are now in our inventory), We started the investigation process ourselves and waiting two weeks for a response, before UPS wrote a letter back saying the investigation has now been closed as we are not the original senders… instead amazon are and they must raise the investigation themselves. how do we resolve this issue and contact amazon to start the investigation, we will be refunded the wholesale amount or retail amount? any help much appreciated

still shows as in transit on the last box however UPS confirmed via text, email and now letter that its missing…

Open a ticket with seller support with FBA Shipment ID and UPS tracking number and they will let you know.
If it is indeed lost, Amazon will pay on its own determined price of the items (usually 90 days average selling price of that item on Amazon minus referral fee and FBA fee), nor wholesale or retail amount.

2 weeks is too early to be lost as @BabyBelle says. UPS deliver so many parcels to Amazon and if theres no room, some go to a ‘holding’ space and are delivered in another slot. Parcels going to Amazon are not like a delivery to you and me, they can be delivered but not show as delivered until they are finally checked in.
