I am trying to change my product title for a while now. Unfortunately, it turns out that it's not going to be an easy job. I created multiple cases on help and support. Out of these cases, one was "approved," saying that my changes would be reflected. IT DIDN'T. I made another case, but it was rejected, saying that I had to create another ASIN. Do I really have to create another ASIN just to have a slightly different title? PLEASE, ANY HELP WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

Hi, i've been trying to change a product title for months now without success, its our own branded product and around 6 months ago amazon merged this listing with another one of our products as they said it was similar (so it then adopted the name of the other listing) - i've since deleted the other listing but cant seem to change this title. Ive tried uploading a flat file with a name change and also tried what amazon support suggested in deleting and re-adding the product after 48 hours - but again still no success - can anyone offer any advice? I'm really not getting any support from customer services. The ASIN is B097RSMR9H. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I'm reaching out to seek assistance with a concerning issue I've encountered with a product listing on my Amazon store. I own a brand (that I have sold for a while) and have recently discovered that a third-party seller has changed the product title to include their brand name, which is not authorised by me.

The issue is that when I try to update the product title to reflect the correct information, Amazon's system is preventing me from making the change. It appears that Amazon is flagging the title as "protected" because it contains the brand name that was added by the seller. As a result, I'm unable to update the title to reflect my ownership of the brand.

I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in resolving this issue.
