A to Z Granted to Scammer

Amazon granted a scammer A to Z.

And the T-Safe policy states that the order is not  eligible  for a T-Safe Claim because customer has opened an A to Z Claim!!!!

Seriously Amazon, you need to fix the refund policy....it's scammers galore!

After a long time without any issues suddenly in the last week 4 A-Z's for non-deliveries, one of these from a buyer who had messaged me a couple of weeks ago to ask for an invoice after receiving their items.

All of them affecting my ODR score despite all my postage being purchased through Amazon!

Needless to say have appealed them all and waiting to maybe only get an ODR impact or 2 overturned at best as these days do not expect Amazon to reimburse me for the money they should not have taken from me.

How do you know its a scammer?

What are the circumstances? Has the customer received goods?, Do you have tracking?

I have made a couple of posts regarding scammers that contact sellers with a message immediately after placing an order with something along the lines of "just checking you received the order?"

A few days later there will be no tracking yet indicated and then an A-Z will immediately get awarded as the earlier innocent email has triggered the process.

If it is a case of non delivery without adequate tracking and customer is claiming non receipt then that is really quite different.
