Inbound shipping cannot be booked to FCs!
The original shipment booked by our carrier was deleted by Amazon, reason given was freight redirect. So we thought no big deal, book again with the new FC. But Amazon’s carrier central does not allow the current PO to be booked into the new FC. So both old and new FC wasn’t bookable.
So now our shipment is stranded at the UK customs, facing huge storage penalties, and yet carp-support was contacted 7 days ago but we are yet to hear anything back from them.
Seller support is not very useful since they always refer me to carp-support during email and phone calls.
What can be done now to have the PO/FC fixed?

Where was this FBA shipment originally sent from? Which carrier did you use, was the shipping purchased from Amazon? What type of shipment it was?
Could you post here the communication from Amazon in which they are informing you of the freight redirect or any additional e-mails which you have from them regarding the matter? Otherwise, I am afraid no one will be able to help.
