Epr for germany
We’re confused by this, not so much by the legislation, and we can register, but sell only into Amazon UK, having disabled all other marketplaces, and none of our products can be shipped to either Germany or France, via FBA. We have checked this again today and whenever we select delivery to either Germany or France, our products are no longer visible. We have spoken to Amazon, but remain confused and I can already see a scenario whereby bots just block listings on 15th June, whether we need to register or not. Any help or experience on this would be most welcome. Kind Regards

We have this and haven’t ever sold fba outside UK and only sold fbm UK now for about 2 to 3 years
I note it does say IF and that listings will be removed from .de if its not uploaded - which of course we don’t have anyway

PS. For France, if you don’t ship anything in their categories, just put in FR000000_00DIST in the ones that don’t apply (for the folks still shipping to the EU, if any are left!).

I have it to and I am actually registered so think it is pretty much a generic thing. Like it states, ignore if already provided. The top bit say IF you sell in Amazon.de

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
If you do not sell products that are listed in the specific EPR product categories but you use packaging to wrap your products or to protect them during transport, then you are impacted since Packaging is one of the EPR product categories.
If you do not sell products that are listed in the specific EPR product categories, and you do not use any packaging for your products, then you are not impacted.
There are two types of packaging:
Primary packaging is the packaging unit used to wrap the product, e.g. the branded box of a pair of shoes or the aluminium can containing a soft drink.
Secondary packaging refers to delivery boxes/bags used to protect the product during the transport to the customers. This can be extended to filling material to protect the product and tapes to secure the package. Shipping labels are also a part of secondary packaging.

It does say IF you sell in de, but you can get 5 different answers from Amazon on the same Q, bots don’t talk to bots, that’s my concern.
