Potential Low Pricing Error

Can someone help me understand.
Did this ever happen to you? So we are using a different repricing tool, and it was doing fine but suddenly some of the items are having “Potential Low Pricing Error”. Then I noticed that those items have different minimum price in Seller Central than in the repricing tool. I just want to understand where does Amazon get those min/max price?

It would help if you said what system you use, we use WP-Lister for Amazon and that controls the Min - Max prices, it also controls how much you wish to under-priced by.

We use seller tool kit. Min/Max for most of my items are similar with sellertoolkit and Amazon, thats why Im wondering why there are 2 items that is having a pricing error because of the difference in price
