Hello Amazon Crew,I wanted to reach out and get some feedback from other sellers regarding a noticeable increase in scam-related issuesover the last six months—particularly in the last three months, where it has skyrocketed.Have you experienced the same?It seems that higher-value products (£100+) are being targeted. The issues range from customers claiming damage to request partial refunds immediately to ordering two units in quick succession, where one unit conveniently goes missing, gets "damaged," or a return request is initiated but never follows through—yet Amazon automatically refunds the buyer before we even receive the item back.We fulfill all orders on time using express next-day tracked delivery with photo proof. Every product is quality-checked before shipping and packed securely with custom-molded protective foam. Despite this, around 1 in 3 orders on Amazon results in an issue, while the exact same product sold on our website experiences problems in only 2-3% of orders. At this point, I’m investing countless hours investigating shipping claims, providing proof of scams, and in most cases, not getting reimbursed by Amazon. The responses I receive from Amazon support are often generic and unhelpful, with no real resolution for sellers.Amazon has been an incredible platform that helped me break into entrepreneurship, but lately, I feel that seller support has diminished, with even greater favoritism toward buyers and little recourse for sellers when fraudulent claims arise. My question is:Have you seen a similar increase in scam-related issues as a seller? What steps have you taken to protect yourself and your business?Would appreciate any insights or advice! Wishing you all the best. Thanks,
