first, read the policies on "bundling"
Then, read the policies on "variations"

Third, get a LOA from the brand owner.
Fourth, get the rights to make changes on the listing in order to ad a variation.

Actually the bottom line is you can't do this.
1. Multi-packs must be manufacturer created
2. If the brand uses UPC's - you can't assign your own UPC
First read : UPC Guidelines for multi-packs
Multi-packs are to be created by the manufacturer, not put together by sellers.
Then read these other pages:
- UPC and IPQ for multi-packs- “For most products listed on Amazon, a multi-pack listing is only allowed for a manufacturer-created pack with its own unique UPC. You must enter an Item Package Quantity (IPQ) for these products.”
- ASIN creation policy - 3/4's down This speaks to invalid Relationships create with self-created multi-packs.
If you can create the multi-pack and follow these policies then you can do so and create a ‘Variation Relationship’ so that the buyer will see all the choices on the same landing page.
Since you don't own the brand then I believe you will be in violation if you do this, and yes, I have worked with sellers suspended over this.
