Product Title randomly changing

Hi All,
several of the products in Health and Beauty we list against and sell keep randomly changing recently? We have applied a few times to get the product changed back we the usual hassle. Is it sabotage, glitch or SS

Could you provide some more details describing how the titles are getting changed and what wording is being added?

It could be either a competitor doing this or the ASIN is simply automatically updated to match a listing for the same product on a different international Amazon marketplace.
