Hello, I already verify my bank account for my north america marketplace. Got an email "We successfully verified your bank account information", but I still having this alert "Your deposit method is missing, invalid, or not assigned" and "Your account is at risk of deactivation".

Payment Request option has been locked. I have not been paid for few months now. I am still making the sales, but disbursement.

I have over 22K balance on my account.

Amazon even did a micro deposit > ?

While you're waiting for support to respond to your cases, could you double-check against the help page requirements (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G20191) that:

  • Your account holder name exactly matches your seller account information
  • Your bank documents are less than 180 days old
  • The documents clearly show your bank logo, account number, and account holder name
  • You've submitted full documents, not screenshots

Sometimes even a small mismatch in these details can cause ongoing verification issues.
