Amazon asking for proof of ownership

Hi guys.

What would an invoice to myself look like?
Basically amazon lost a bunch of my stock. They then had the cheek to ask me to prove I own that stock (Even though I sent it and they signed for it, but thats amazon I guess).

I’m the manufacturer so how would an invoice look from myself — to myself?

What info would they need?

Major karma points for anyone that can shed some light on how to get amazon to accept an invoice from me.

Yes there’s no difference between sole trader and ltd with regards to manufacturing

letterheaded paper - standard invoice format

invoice from your manufacturing department to your sales department

you can redact prices but make sure its dated pre sending the stock and covers the quantity you sent
