Risk of deactivation due to late delivery confirmation
Hi all,
I went on holiday and switched listings off. Put them back on at weekend and got 50 odd sales. Forgot to mark 7 of them as shipped on Monday (orders were actually shipped)
My account is at risk of deactivation now.
Apart from keep selling and making sure I confirm them as shipped to bring the % down, is there any other action I need to take?
Does anyone know at what point being “at risk of deactivation” becomes being deactivated?
ie. is it if the % goes up or is there a time limit to bring it back down?
Could give a massive discount on some popular products to sell a load to bring % down but not sure if I’m over reacting
Thanks
Dave

hi dave hard to say i would definitely temporarily discount some of your items to get more sales and bring the % down quickly
and when your ahr goes back to good raise them again its just not worth the risk imo

The late dispatch rate metric covers a period of both 10 and 30 days, for some reason:
The Late Shipment Rate (LSR) is all orders with a ship confirmation that is completed after the expected ship date as a percentage of total orders over both a 10-day or 30-day period. LSR only applies to seller-fulfilled orders.
So you have to live with it for a month, or get it down by making sure that all your orders are now marked as despatched on time

Hello @Tone_Deaf_Music1,
Thanks for contacting us.
I understand that you want more clarity on Late Dispatch Rate(LDR).
First of all, it’s important to confirm the shipment of orders by the expected ship date so that customers can see the status of their shipped orders online. Orders that are shipping confirmed late may negatively impact customer experience and lead to increased claims, negative feedback and/or customer contacts.
Further,
I would like to update you that your account will not be under further risk if there are no new complaints on the account and you keep selling and confirming upcoming orders on time.
As time passes your Late Dispatch Rate will be auto fixed. Also, I would suggest you to keep a regular track on your Account Health dashboard and Performance Notification along with your orders to avoid any future risk/deactivation.
You can refer to Late Dispatch Rate help page for more information.
Regards,
Venessa
