Read onlyHello,
We are facing repeated A-Z claim fraud on the same ASIN which appears to a drop shipped or reseller trying to get free goods.
@Ezra_Amazon, @Spencer_Amazon, @Julia_Amazon please help as we have several orders with A-Z claim, the language in the emails and A-Z claim comments is the same.
We have appealed the cases to the A-Z claims team, just one claim is denied and the rest have been refunded. The A-Z claims team just can't seem to spot fraud, isn't this their job?
Today we have another one.
Orders affected so far.

The claims comments are always : Customer comments: Hello Amazon I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Here Is The Order number ...-.......-....... . .Please Help Me In This Regard
All these orders were shipped with full tracking and show delivered.
Kindly help.
Regards
A well known scam, especially used by dropshippers....and unfortuantely full tracking makes no difference to the A-z team - they usually require a signature, which is ridiculous as very few carriers take signatures these days.
We have had similar happen to us over two different ASINs. The first time was for 3 orders and the most recent is for 6 orders. We have lost 9 A-Z appeals with full tracking, POD and GPS provided. The scammers know to email you once (ticks the box) and all the comments left in the A-Z claim are AI generated. We were able to claim our money back via a mediation request on the first 3. I have just spent all morning doing another request for the 6. It is so time consuming to do so but at least it is not a robot looking at the request. It takes time for the results to come back and if you lose you have to pay a hefty fee, however I have yet to lose a mediation request. Amazon really need to do more to stop these scammers.
I have many blank ticket orders. Can you tell me how to handle them?
This seems to be very common, several threads on the Forum now.
I suggest to send using fully tracked, and use Signed for, as BOTS seem to accept that as proof in many cases.
Check any that show more than 1 order and send those Signed for even if not worthwhile.
Use Buy Shipping if possible.
Obtain a screenshot of an email from the courier saying checked with Postie etc, and delivered to the correct address, inc GPS tracking, photo etc. Needs a link and screenshot.
If they use the same Account to Buy from, I suggest to also email the Drop Shipper, explain you know they are a Drop Shiper, and if they buy from you, then email you if any query, which you will respond within 24 hours. Also, mention if any claims, you will then take action accordingly, as all items are sent with tracking and GPS location.
You can also explain that you include details with each item, so the end user is aware of your Company.
I would put in details with all orders, so if they paid more from a Drop Shipper, the Buyer can contact you directly. You can include an invoice with your details with all products as per Amazon policy.
