Hi All

we recently received a warning from Amazon regarding an on time shipment issue - I was asked to complete a POA. I checked our performance and everything was 0% we had no items shipped late or delivered late? I copied this info and replied to the email showing this and said I thought it might be a mistake - the guy replied and said i had to get the carrier to say why the items had been delivered late? I again sent them the info - We now no longer have the option to buy Evri shipping through Amazon????? I have complained about the guy as he has not responded since the 17th but after speaking again to amazon this morning he has closed the case saying as we have not sent in a valid POA he is closing the case - HELP as we will next get a warning that our buy shipping rate has dropped
