Remove Isle of Skye from delivery
Hi is it possible to remove delivery to Isle of Skye and Channel Islands? Or at least make it more expensive than mainland UK? I have contacted support and they think not but surely its possible? I think everyone from there is ordering from me as I’m the only one offering it and its costing an extra £19.99 in carriage every time

Thanks Claire1 I’ve tried that but it states There are some regions, for which you have not set same charge. And 6 of them are required to be of same charge. (The ones required are mainland UK). Am I doing something wrong? Thanks

I think no. There just one policy warning from UK Amazon about this.
Hello,
We are contacting you because you may have added inaccurate product information to detail pages. Sellers on Amazon.co.uk are not allowed to include any of the following information about their specific listings in detail page titles, descriptions, bullet points, or images:
– Alternative shipping offers
We require sellers to offer Standard Shipping to all addresses in the UK for the same shipping fee. This includes addresses in England, Scotland (including the Highlands, Orkney, Shetland and all other islands), Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, and the Channel Islands. Failure to comply with this policy may result in action being taken against your selling account. The following actions are examples of seller behaviour that are not permitted given this policy:
• Using product description bullet points to refuse delivery to certain regions or to request additional shipping fees
• Using product description bullet points to request that customers in certain regions choose ‘express delivery’ in order to collect additional shipping fees
• Contacting customers to request additional shipping fees.
The only exception to the above policy is for products that are eligible for arranged delivery as part of their enrolment in the Heavy & Large Programme. As part of this Heavy & Large Programme, sellers can adjust delivery charges in regions through their Shipping Settings, but they are still required to comply with all other requirements of the policy.
