Cannot reactivate account, cannot contact Seller Support, cannot appeal, cannot change legal entity

Hi there,

Issue 1:

Our account has been deactivated due to some missing information, but we are unclear what it is.

Issue 2:

When clicking the reactivate button, it takes us to the VAT Calculation Settings page, where the VAT numbers are approved and there is no instruction on what to do:

Issue 3:

There is no way to contact Seller Support re: the deactivation without appealing. When going through the appeal workflow, it just takes us back to this page again:

Issue 4:

The account is also being moved to a new legal entity, where an email we received said the following:

"Your account to sell on Amazon is undergoing a legal entity change, which you requested.

Note that many of the account functionalities are not available, since the required steps to complete the transfer have not been completed by the new legal entity.

The account functionalities will remain unavailable until steps are completed by the new legal entity, and we have verified their identity.

Please note that while the steps are incomplete, the account transfer cannot be completed, and you will not be able to use this account in the future."

The new legal entity point of contact has not received any communication whatsoever regarding the entity change, so does not know what information to provide or how.

Please advise on these issues so we can resolve them asap.

I'm Sarah with Amazon.

After checking with the partner team I was informed that your listings are currently deactivated due to "Going on holidays" being set to "Active" in Seller Central.

Have you had the chance to check it and update the "Going on holidays” status to “Inactive”?
