Selling my brand without permission

Hi, I am the owner of a brand . I sell on amazon UK and US marketplace with 3 ASINS. In 2024 I want to add amazon CA too. However when I have looked on amazon canada 3 other sellers are selling the same ASIn under my Brand name. i have not given permission for this. How do I get the Canadian listings removed so I can launch my brand ?

Basically the sellers are buying my item from amz US and shipping it to Canada with long shipping delays. 1. they dont have permission to use my images. 2 they dont have my permission to sell my brand. 3. I have no control over their shipping service as they are not using FBA but shipping themselves with poor lengthy times. I am afraid that poor reviews on my ASINs will follow due to long delays. Seller central have not been any use sadly. Can anyone help and advise on a solution ???

Amazon will be the first to tell you that Amazon.com is a free market and if those other sellers have gotten your product legally, they are welcome to sell it on the Amazon market.

I would approach your problem from another angle.

Being that you have been established in the UK and US marketplace, I would attempt the route of reporting the entire listing on the CA marketplace as a copyright infringement violation.

Are you on Brand Registry? Or do you only have permission to sell your brand? Do you have a trademark? Does it have a registration number?
