Your Amazon.nl Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled. Funds will not be transferred to you, but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue.
Has anyone else faced the same issue in the last 24hours? they are implying our nl account is link to the same name as our account, completely bizzare.
We only have one account across all EU and other marketplaces

They de-activated all our UK/EU accounts for been related to our UAE account, you couldn’t make it up its that bunkers. Have sent numerous responses via the submit addictional information to explain our case but we keep getting the same jargon back,
We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time. To reactivate your account, please take one of the following actions:
Reactivated any and all accounts that have been enforced for policy violation by submitting one appeal for each enforcement. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account or by signing into your Seller Central account.
OR
Substantiated claims that you once owned the account or had account rights but no longer own it or no longer have account rights by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to sales deed, purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, contract termination, etc.
OR
Confirmed that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated and this account will not be allowed to do business on Amazon in the future.
This related account is our in UAE and is within our Global Account portfolio under settings. I understand this is only a bot thats spitting out the replies, is there something to insert that will trigger a manual review perhaps.

itsbeen almost 2 months now since our de-activation and don’t appearto be any further on, set several appeals to UAE and all been rejected, dispite including everything that was asked for. Can anyone advise of any further steps we can take.
Our FBA stock is due to be returned on 4/4 and would like to avoid this potentionally.

Thank you. Seems strange that our account was on hold & we can’t sell anything but we still get charged our fees. Not very fair really.
